Returns Policy

1. A returns number must be obtained from returns@merlintechnology.co.uk before any return can be made.

2. Item to be returned undamaged in original packaging.

3. Buyer name, address, ebay ID, returns number and item number to be included in returned package.

4. Buyer to pay all return postage costs – Royal Mail recorded delivery is recommended method of postage.

5. Seller can not be held responsible for any item returned without a returns number or not by recorded delivery.

6. Buyer to leave positive ebay feedback.

7. Seller to refund item fee (excluding postage, packaging and insurance costs) via PayPal within 10 working days of receiving returned item.

8. If item is returned damaged, scratched, not in original packaging or with parts missing, only partial refund will be provided.

9. If item is being returned un-wanted (even though it fully meets item description) there will be a 15% restocking charge.

10. Item can not be returned / refunded after 7 days of receipt of item or 10 days from despatch of item (which ever occurs first).

11. Any item returned must in full agreement to this policy.
